Compliance-Aware Memory for Multi-Agent LLM Systems
Designing a compliance middleware layer for multi-agent LLM systems enforcing HIPAA and GDPR — implementing PII/PHI detection, RBAC, TTL retention, cross-agent deletion propagation, and hash-chained audit logging.
Developing ComplianceMAS-Bench: 200 evaluation scenarios across 5 compliance categories and 4 regulated domains, with 9 quantitative metrics aligned with NIST AI RMF.
Retrieval-Augmented Generation Pipeline
Built an end-to-end RAG pipeline using Python, LangChain, and FAISS that ingests PDF and text documents, chunks and embeds content via OpenAI embeddings, and returns source-grounded answers to natural-language queries.
Implemented a React + FastAPI interface for document upload and live Q&A with streaming responses; vector similarity search reduced hallucination and improved answer precision over baseline prompting.
Built and deployed a full-stack app that fetches YouTube transcripts via the Supadata API and generates structured summaries using Groq's LLaMA 3.3 70B model, with multi-language fallback support.
